Please note that pursuant to paragraph 9.0 of the Feb08 Breach of Contract/Statement of User Account this contract earns the Chief $9T per day for failure to respond or settle pursuant to the Bills of Exchange Act. This is important because the BC Government and its named Debtors continue to drag the province into a debt position on a daily basis which should effect their credit position with the World Bank.
