MacKinnon with text emails to PM, Stephen Harper, President George Bush and Gordon Campbell and hard copies to the President of the World Bank, Jacob Rothschild, the Queen, Receiver General of Canada, Bank of Canada and all hereditary Chiefs and Elders of the First Nations on Turtle Island/American Continent and private independent media.

1. December 20, 2007 – the Named Debtors received served notarized, Registered Constructive Notice of Dishonor and Statutory Declaration dated December 17, 2007 attached to Schedule 1 Notice of Appointment by Final Order and Judgment with Equitable Remedy by Estoppel, Schedule 1A Names me as the Continuing Unlimited Power of Attorney for Property and General Power of Attorney over the Squamish™ nation lands and premises of the INAC buildings, Squamish Band Council office and BC Land Registry office, Schedule 2 describes the geographical Squamish™ land claim, Schedule 3 is my User Agreement of the Trademark Copyright Name and Schedule 4 describes how I will not violate the Nuremberg Principles to pay taxes that fund the wars on Gaia/Earth;

2. December 27, 2007, email to INAC Minister Chuck Strahl to collect on a bi-lateral contract issued for $14,256Trillion as monetary compensation for hundreds of years of suffering on reservations/prison camps and the residential school torture that continue upon me and my people. I requested for a $63,500K cheque for my new 2008 CHEV TRUCK TAHOE 4WD to be ready for pick up the following day;

3. December 28, 2007, met with Graeme L. Beare, Comptroller of INAC and my four independent witnesses to collect the cheque, which was ignored by Mr. Beare as he claimed that the Receiver General writes the checks for INAC;

4. December 30, 2007, email to Minister Michael M. Fortier and Deputy Minister Francois Guimont of the PWGSC in charge of the Receiver General department, requesting for the check to pay for the new vehicle. Faxed constructive Notice and car dealer’s Purchase Worksheet to the salesman, Robert Dominquez at Dueck Chev on Marine with copies to INAC members;

5. December 31, 2007, email from Ann Bell, Constituency Assistant to INAC Minister Chuck Strahl requesting that we make the appointment in Ottawa with the Minister;

6. January 3, 2008, email from Herb LeRoy, private Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor, Steven Point, stating that “he cannot get involved”. Telephone discussion with Dick Bent, Superintendent of RCMP regarding his assistance to schedule a meeting with INAC;

7. January 4, 2008, email from Gerry Nantel that “there is no meeting and that INAC will not pay for a truck, house or provide money for investment purposes”;

8. January 7, 2008, email to RCMP Dick Bent with information required to assist us in scheduling a meeting with BC and INAC civil servants;

9. January 22, 2008, notarizing a Registered Constructive Notice #UN-JAN08-970-623-347-ISSNG and Press Release along with a Notice of Permanent Dishonor by Breach of Contract/Statement of User Account;

10. February 1, 2008, a Revised User Account names new debtors to the account, increasing the value of the contract to a debt of $55,680T (Trillion) lawful tax free currency along with a Press Release Cover inviting an international public inquiry from the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner, Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General to investigate the genocide on Squamish™ Nation land reservations. Copy of these documents went to the BOC, Jacob Rothschild, the Queen and the president of the World Bank;

11. February 7, 2008, emailed text portion of the Constructive Notice to the United Nations, PM Steven Harper, President George Bush and Gordon Campbell with a copy to the RCMP Superintendent Dick Bent, after leaving several messages and emails with his assistant, Dale Brooks;

12. February 8, 2008, meeting with Gordon Kapelus who provided me and my business manager Irene with a copy of an unstamped, unsigned Reasons for Judgment in Chambers by Judge Glen Parrett;

13. February 12, 2008, email from the ‘Office of the Premier’ confirming receipt of our Notices;

14. February 13, 2008, email from Luis Rodrigquez Pinero, Office of High UN Human Rights Commissioner special rapporteur for Indigenous People, confirming receipt of our registered documents in Switzerland. Email from a friend about a planned meeting between ‘elected Chiefs’ at the Chief Joe Mathias Centre attached to this Notice.
